Sales Development Representative (SDR) – UK MSP
Location: Preston (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic DOE + performance-based bonus
About the Role:
A fast-growing UK Managed Service Provider is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their commercial team. This is a proactive, high-impact role focused on generating new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the field sales/closing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify new sales pipeline via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
* Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target accounts.
* Support Sales and Marketing campaigns and messaging.
* Qualify inbound leads and progress them through the funnel.
* Book qualified meetings/demos for closing teams.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback on market trends and competitors.
Requirements / About You:
* 2+ years’ experience in sales development or lead generation, MSP experience essential
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive engagement.
* Strong communication skills, organised, self-motivated.
* Commercially minded with understanding of MSP services, recurring revenue, and IT buying cycles.
