In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers and production teams to develop critical documentation for cutting-edge units and electronics assemblies. Your work will directly support product lifecycle management and uphold the company’s reputation for precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop assembly guides, test procedures, and SOPs in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
* Maintain and refine quality management documentation to meet industry standards.
* Implement version control systems and manage a centralized document repository.
* Produce clear, visually engaging technical content (print, digital, and multimedia).
* Streamline processes by creating modular, reusable documentation templates.
* Translate complex technical information into user-friendly guides for diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe FrameMaker (or similar authoring tools).
* Expertise in Corel Draw & Photo-Paint (or equivalent graphic design software).
* Experience using CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) for technical illustrations.
* Proven background in engineering/manufacturing environments.
* Strong ability to collaborate with technical teams and extract detailed information.
* A process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to best practices.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and ownership of deliverables.
* Experience with MRP systems (advantageous but not essential).
