We are currently looking for a Chinese Speaking Order Processor to join the team in providing excellent customer service to all of our customers and clients.
Job Description
This is a shift work position based on 40 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday, based at Lower Windsor Avenue, Belfast, Northern Ireland and moving to new premises in Lisburn later in the year.
Key Duties:
Dealing with telephone orders, inbound and outbound
Accurately enter order details into internal databases
Process orders for delivery via email
Generate invoices, delivery notes and order confirmations
Handle customer queries regarding orders and deliveries
Check stock availability and liaise with warehouse/logistics teams
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Ensure all orders meet company policies and procedure
Required Skills:
Candidates are expected to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and have the ability of handling various tasks.
Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin
Cantonese would be advantageous
Professional telephone manner
PC and Keyboard skills and use of Excel
Excellent team player
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proactive approach to the working environment

Must be eligible to work in Northern Ireland
