General Manager - 50k plus bonus
We're looking for a General Manager with fresh food experience for the Bull in Ditchling. The perfect candidate has a track record of working in a food destination site, is passionate about delivering a great guest experience and has a fantastic operational mind. They will be happy being the face of the business, and as comfortable interacting with the regulars at the bar as they are running food-lead events and a busy Sunday Service. Experience working as a General Manager in a fresh food site is essential.
Responsibilities
* Run a pub for Young's with entrepreneurial drive, putting your own stamp on the business.
* Lead a food-focused operation, delivering a great guest experience.
* Be the face of the business and manage interactions with regulars and guests.
* Plan and run events and Sunday service, and manage all operational duties.
* Recruit and develop the team, including monitoring marketing and local promotions.
* Make decisions on the food menu within the framework provided and tailor offers to guests.
