As our specialist leasehold enfranchisement and residential valuation work continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Surveyor to join our expanding team. The Opportunity
This role is ideally suited to a surveyor who thrives on detailed valuation work, statutory processes, and direct client engagement. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality advice on lease extensions, freehold acquisitions, and wider enfranchisement matters, working with a diverse client base and contributing to the continued growth of our strategic advisory offering.
Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in a broad range of residential valuation and advisory instructions, with a core focus on statutory leasehold enfranchisement, including:
Valuation & Negotiation
Lease extension valuations and negotiations
Freehold acquisitions
Collective enfranchisement instructions
Client Engagement
Acting for a wide range of clients, including:
Leaseholders
Freeholders
Investors
Professional advisers
Technical Work
Applying multiple valuation methodologies, including:
Comparable method
Residual valuation
Investment capitalisation
Producing clear, robust valuation reports for both advisory and statutory purposes
Supporting the development and growth of the team’s strategic advisory function
Building and maintaining strong professional and client relationships

About You
Essential
MRICS qualified
RICS Registered Valuer
Demonstrable experience in statutory leasehold enfranchisement
Strong residential valuation experience across multiple methodologies
Excellent written English and proven report‑writing capability
Confident Excel user with experience in financial modelling
Comfortable dealing directly with clients and professional advisers
Desirable
Experience negotiating enfranchisement matters
Broader residential advisory experience
Ability to manage multiple instructions and competing deadlines
Personal Attributes

Commercially aware with sound professional judgement
Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to progress
A collaborative team player
A full UK driving licence is required.
