Regional Support Manager – Elderly Nursing Care
Location: Scotland (with wider travel as required)

Compass Associates are working exclusively with a respected elderly care provider to appoint a Regional Support Manager for their Scottish portfolio. This is a high-impact operational role supporting a group of care homes through quality improvement, regulatory readiness, cultural development and leadership strengthening.
The position would particularly suit an experienced, nurse-qualified operator with a track record in turnaround, troubleshooting or multi-site improvement support.
The Opportunity
As Regional Support Manager, you will provide hands-on operational leadership across a number of services, working closely with Home Managers and the Regional Operations Manager. You will play a key role in:
1. Supporting services during periods of transition or heightened scrutiny
2. Leading and monitoring improvement plans
3. Strengthening compliance, governance and clinical quality
4. Conducting site visits, audits and walk rounds
5. Coaching and developing Home Managers and senior teams
