The Vacancy
We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef at the start of their culinary career to join the team - it’s a great opportunity to learn new skills and techniques from the existing brigade and develop your career in a busy 5 star establishment using fresh ingredients.
The Stables Restaurant showcases the very best of British produce and our chefs work in partnership with local suppliers to make sure all our menus feature fantastic ingredients from sustainable, regenerative sources, including our own kitchen garden, and taste all the more amazing for it.
We’re looking for a positive, flexible, focused attitude and basic NVQ training. The role is full time, 48 hours per week, working a variety of shifts.
