My Client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join the team at our client’s prestigious automotive dealership in the Ellesmere Port area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to contribute to a successful After Sales team and make an impact within a fast-paced environment.
What You'll do for this Parts Advisor role:
5. Provide exceptional customer service by offering advice and solutions on vehicle parts over the phone.
6. Build strong relationships with clients, delivering expert guidance while helping achieve sales targets and company objectives.
7. Work efficiently under pressure, ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Assist with administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and supporting the parts team.
9. Collaborate with a supportive, driven team to continue the success of the After Sales department.
What my Client is Looking For:
10. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive environment, ideally with a main dealer.
11. Ability to work well under pressure and meet set targets.
12. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
13. Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships over the phone.
14. Smart appearance and a professional approach.
15. Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
