Due to continued growth, this highly respected law firm is looking to hire andAssociate levellawyers (circa5 PQE)to join their personal injury team based in Glasgow.
The responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence,
* Dealing with all types - Fast track and Multi-track cases.
* Reviewing all evidence and establishing prospects of success
* Reviewing and valuing injury claim
* Preparing witness statements
* Drafting Court proceedings
* Drafting various relevant court documents
* Reviewing and valuing credit hire and other special damage
* Complying with court directions
* Dealing with applications and court hearings
* Negotiating settlement
Requirements:
* Solid background in personal injury and ideallywithexperience of RTA.
* You should have excellentcommunication skills and belooking join anambitious and growing law firm.
* Experience of mentoring junior lawyers would be an advantage but not essential.
