Role: Customer Service Specialist / Property Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Specialist, also known locally as a Property Manager, to join our Property Management Team within the Lettings Department in Bromley. In this role, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff.
2. Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance.
3. Liaise with tradespeople/contractors and keep customers updated.
4. Organise safety inspections and manage remedial works.
5. Liaise with landlords following regular property visits.
6. Assist customers with general tenancy queries.
7. Carry out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers.
8. Deal promptly and courteously with communication with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
9. Provide a first-class service to maximise customer retention.
10. Ensure personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained, and KPIs achieved.
