Sales Engineer – Coding & Marking Systems
Field-Based (Northern UK)
£70,000 OTE + Company Car + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
We’re seeking a driven Sales Engineer to grow sales of coding & marking systems and automated product feeding solutions across the Northern UK. This is a consultative, technical sales role working with manufacturers that require reliable product identification, traceability, and automated feeding solutions on production lines. This is a chance to represent specialist production line technology that directly improves efficiency, traceability, and compliance across manufacturing. You’ll have the freedom to build and grow your territory with full support, and uncapped earning potential driven by your performance.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in coding & marking, labelling, or packaging machinery sales, although strong industrial capital equipment sales backgrounds will also be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop new business and manage existing accounts across Northern UK
* Sell coding & marking systems and automated feeding solutions
* Work with customers across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors
* Carry out site visits, consultations, and production line assessments
* Provide tailored technical solutions based on customer requirements
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
* Deliver product demonstrations and support on-site trials
* Build long-term customer relationships and secure repeat business
* Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
