Eaton Syalon have been engaged to recruit a PermanentPurchase Ledger Clerkfor our long standing client based in Castle Donington. We are keen to speak to you if you have previous experience in Purchase Ledger, and are looking for a part-time role that offers hybrid working and flexible working hours. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will hold responsibility for all Purchase Ledger activities including:
1. Accurately log all and code all incoming invoices into SAP, ensuringtimely processing
2. Liaise with relevant departments and stakeholders to facilitate timely invoice approvals. Monitor approval workflows to ensure prompt resolution of any delays or discrepancies.
3. Accurately enter and post invoices into SAP
4. Supplier statement reconciliations.
5. Serve as the point of contact for supplier queries, resolving issues related to payments, outstanding balances, or invoice discrepancies
6. Prepare accurate and complete payment requests to assist with the monthly payment run
7. Issue remittance advices to supplierspost-payment
8. Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets to reflect invoice statuses, payment progress, and reconciliation outcomes
