00 pm,2:00pm- 10:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)

As a Support Worker, you'll be more than just their support - you'll be a key part of someone's journey towards living their best life. Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
Building Relationships: Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
Supporting activities like holiday's, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone could enjoy what they love doing.
Who you will be Supporting?
At Waterside House we support 14 individuals with various disabilities including: visual impairment, autism, physical disabilities, mental health and learning disabilities. John* is a music lover and has his own radio show that can be accessed by tuning in via the internet. Loves talking about music and take song requests and talk about local weather. Jane* is a lover of Reiki, art and animals. Loves a man in uniform and loves a pamper day. Loves volunteering as buddy at the local hospital. Nothing is impossible for him, as on his bucket list he had sky diving and with our teams support he managed to achieve that goal!
