A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Wolverhampton is seeking amitted Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils with SEND and EAL needs in a nurturing and stimulating environment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of needs.
2. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
3. Support pupils with classroom activities and curriculum access.
4. Promote independence, self-confidence, and social development.
5. Monitor and track pupil progress across different year groups.
6. Work closely with teachers and the wider TA team to support learning and behaviour.
What you'll need to succeed:
7. HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
8. Previous experience in a primary school setting, ideally across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
9. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies.
10. Experience supporting pupils with SEND and EAL needs.
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
12. Excellentmunication and organisational skills.
13. A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach.
