About The Role
Please note that this is a part-time role working 24.5 hours per week from 8am - 3pm. Full flexibility is required.

As a Head Housekeeper, you will ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our homes, manage the cleaning rota, lead the housekeeping team, and oversee laundry and stock management. You will also be responsible for adhering to infection control procedures and health & safety regulations, always prioritizing the wellbeing of our residents.
HC-One is looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. You should have a strong awareness of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, and infection control. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and kindness are essential for success in this role.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures to follow if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional relevant training. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
