Service Administrator

We are seeking a non‑patient facing Service Administrator to provide administrative support to Service Managers within the Mental Health Service, based in the Central Admin Hub.

Requirements
Qualifications
* OLevel 2 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent level of experience (e.g. GCSE A‑C or RSA II).
* ODCL or equivalent.
Experience
* Customer service experience – face‑to‑face, answering calls or correspondence.
* Administration/office experience – diary management, electronic filing, meeting preparation, note taking, data entry, collating and presenting information.
* Providing administrative or secretarial support.
* Experience organising competing demands and workloads.
* Experience setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
* Experience working autonomously and proactively.
* Administration/office experience supporting senior management/clinical functions within the public sector.
* Experience of audio typing/digital dictation (e.g. BigHand).
* Previous NHS experience.
* Workflow management experience (e.g. job allocation).

Disclosure and Barring Service Check
