Progress cases to Assessment, Child Protection, or Early Help teams. Participate in strategy discussions and multi-agency meetings. Person Specification: Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work. Registered with Social Work England. Enhanced DBS and Right to Work in the UK. Strong safeguarding and risk assessment skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities. Good understanding of MASH processes, thresholds, and referral pathways.
