We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketer to join our team at a mid-level position. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ experience across B2B digital channels, with a strong aptitude for AI tools and prompt engineering. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning and execution—both organic and AI-driven—across various platforms, while collaborating with external partners and freelancers. Sprout Social experience is advantageous, as are solid project- and account-management skills.
Responsibilities
AI & Prompt Engineering
• Lead prompt engineering for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to generate high-quality copy—social posts, landing-page content, blog outlines.
• Build and refine AI-driven workflows that assist in audience segmentation, personalised nurture sequences and performance optimisations.
• Monitor AI outputs for accuracy, relevance and brand alignment; iterate prompts accordingly.
• Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns across LinkedIn and SEO.
• Manage flagship initiatives (e.g. product launches, thought-leadership webinars, white paper downloads) from ideation through to performance reporting.
• Coordinate organic elements for each channel—ensuring consistency of messaging, creative assets and KPI alignment.
• Collaborate with external partners and freelancers to align on budget, creative assets and targeting strategies when paid support is required, providing AI-driven content or data as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day (BAU) LinkedIn activities—organic posting, community engagement and follower growth—for multiple B2B clients.
• Plan and execute LinkedIn flagship campaigns (input for Sponsored Content, Thought Leadership Series, InMail coordination), collaborating with design and copy teams.
• Monitor LinkedIn analytics (reach, engagement, lead submissions), interpret data and iterate on content to improve performance.
• Partner with SEO specialists to perform keyword research, optimise on-page elements (meta tags, headings, CTAs) and align content calendars.
• Develop long-form content strategies—blogs, white papers and case studies—that leverage AI-generated outlines but require human editing for depth and style.
• Use Sprout Social (or similar) for social listening, scheduling and reporting—adjusting content plans to capitalise on trending topics and audience feedback.
Client & Project Management
• Serve as the day-to-day client lead for key B2B stakeholders: set expectations, present monthly dashboards, coordinate resources and manage scope.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans (Asana, Trello,Monday.com) to track timelines, deliverables and dependencies, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Liaise with external partners and freelancers to secure timely creative assets and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Sprout Social or equivalent tools) to track KPIs—CTR, engagement rate, cost-per-lead, MQLs, SQLs and pipeline influence.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports, extract actionable insights and recommend optimisations for organic and AI-driven activities.
• Regularly audit AI outputs (content, prompts, predicted audience segments) to ensure quality, relevance and alignment with brand voice.
Candidate Profile
AI & Prompt Engineering Skills
• Proven experience using AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), with a portfolio of prompt-engineering examples.
• Ability to refine prompts iteratively—balancing creativity, relevance and brand tone.
• Comfort experimenting with new AI features (e.g. image-generation plugins, RAG-based workflows) and integrating them into marketing processes.
Digital Marketing & LinkedIn Expertise
• 2–3 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing.
• Demonstrable track record of running medium-to-large B2B campaigns (organic and AI-supported) that drove measurable engagement and pipeline growth.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn organic posting and analytics.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals—keyword research, on-page optimisation and basic technical considerations.
• Ability to develop content strategies that balance SEO objectives with compelling storytelling—using AI-generated drafts as a starting point.
• Strong writing/editing skills—capable of refining AI-produced copy into polished, on-brand assets.
Project & Account Management
• Strong project-management skills—adept at building detailed timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering on time and within budget.
• Proven experience as an account manager or client-services lead—excelling at stakeholder communication, expectation management and relationship building.
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Analytics & Reporting
• Strong analytical capabilities—comfortable with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Sprout Social or equivalent tools.
• Able to translate raw data into concise presentations, highlighting key takeaways, performance trends and AI-driven recommendations.
