Role & Responsibilities:
* Small group work, focusing on literacy & numeracy intervention
* ALN support where required
* Assistance with planning & preparation of lessons
* lead pre-planned lessons set by the teacher
* Maintaining an engaging and nurturing classroom environment
What We're Looking For:
* A highly skilled and experienced HLTA with an L4 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Enhanced DBS Check - Ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all students is our top priority. This can be done with us at Supply Desk if not already in receipt.
* EWC Registration - A commitment to professionalism and excellence in education is essential.
