* Independent Prescriber qualification essential

* Conduct structured medication reviews and clinical support
\n
* Collaborate with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary team

* At least 1 years’ UK experience in GP or primary care

* Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
\n
* Strong understanding of general practice workflows
\n
\n
