Key Responsibilities:
*
Solicit supplier quotations, analyse cost breakdowns, update pricing records, and manage supplier communications.
*
Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and industry best practices.
*
Lead and support resource projects, resolve procurement challenges, and address invoice:related discrepancies.
*
Coordinate supplier onboarding processes and foster strong, ongoing vendor relationships.
*
Work in close partnership with site procurement teams.
*
Leverage various systems including Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, PROcure, Glovia, and more.
*
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance across quality, cost, logistics, development, and management (QCLDM) metrics.
*
Oversee the end:to:end procurement cycle: negotiating supplier contracts, evaluating bids, issuing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and managing inventory levels.
*
Maintain up:to:date procurement documentation and uphold compliance standards.
Additional Duties:

Provide backup support for Legacy/Service Buyer roles during periods of leave.
*
Assist direct procurement teams in preparing for audits, maintaining documentation, and contributing to internal and external audit processes.
