Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Southampton
Opportunity has arisen for a 4+ year experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ILEX to replace a retiring Solicitor with a law firm based in the Southampton area. This is a key role where my client are an established, highly respected law firm who is looking for either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join this busy department.
You will have the ability to run and manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will be 4+ years’ experience and beresponsible for managing your own caseload and help develop the department.
