As an Associate Director, you will work closely with your assigned Corporate Bankers in all sales support activities to drive the growth and management of their portfolios. Your role involves proactively developing appropriate solutions to exceed client expectations, maximize satisfaction and advocacy, supporting complex transaction implementation through effective deal management, and utilizing a strong internal network. You will also assist with business development activities and manage onboarding of new client relationships.
In the Barclays Corporate Banking Real Estate team, we have provided dedicated property finance support for over 15 years, gaining a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
We believe every client and deal is unique, requiring a tailored service. Our relationship-driven approach has fostered long-term relationships, with many clients over 10 years. We were the first bank to establish a dedicated Real Estate team.
