I'm looking for a
Salesforce Trainer
to support a live transformation project delivering training across a Small User Environment.
London
1–2 days per week onsite
£300–£350 per day
Outside IR35
Length 9 months
This isn't just running slides. They need someone who can properly own the training stream.
What you'll be doing
• Conducting a training needs assessment
• Creating a structured training plan
• Developing practical materials, reference guides, videos, and short modules
• Delivering 1:1 and small group sessions, 2–4 people
• Producing documentation for bespoke applications, likely including Power Apps
• Working closely with the BA to align training to real process change
They're looking for around 5 years' experience and are confident enough to take ownership and bring structure to this project.
If you've delivered Salesforce training in real environments and enjoy translating systems into practical, human language, this is a solid outside IR35 piece of work.
