Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Epsom
Salary: £25,600 (£28,200 OTE)
Hours: 40 hours per week / 5 out of 7 days / covering hours between opening and closing times
Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the telephone, and via email
* Proactively identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities
* Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
* Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing duties
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and engaging team environment
* Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time
Skills / Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment (retail experience desirable but not essential)
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
* Target-driven mindset with the confidence to upsell and promote products
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexible approach to working hours, including early and late shifts
