Salary bracket: £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Direct Experience)

Upload Agency launched in October 2015 and has grown exponentially ever since.


We work with some of the biggest creators offering a fully comprehensive talent and brand

management service. We also partner leading brands with our clients - some of the most influential people on the planet, including The Sidemen, Beta Squad, Angry Ginge etc…


Due to sustained growth, we are looking for a driven Partnerships Executive to join the team

and focus upon delivering commercial deals, both inbound and proactive, for our roster.


Responsibilities:

* Outbound new business development against agreed revenue target
* Account Management
* Swift response to inbound briefs
* Accurate negotiation of deliverables for each brief.
* Nurturing and managing relationships with key contacts at brands and agencies.
* Presenting and securing Talent support for commercial deals.
* Supporting the management team with strategic sales pitches.
* Cold calling new business opportunities by phone, email and LinkedIn.
* Identifying and reporting internally on industry trends.
* Sales Administration

Attributes:

* Previous experience in new business development and cold sales from within the influencer industry / sports / entertainment industry.
* Team player who can also work well on their own initiative.
* A ‘Can do’ attitude but seeks advice and guidance when necessary
* Strong communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure and understanding that the industry is an ‘always on’ business (however we offer flexible working conditions to cater for this)
* Able to work at a fast pace whilst managing many campaigns and conversations.
* Strong understanding and interest in the creator economy.
* Good knowledge of commercial brand partnerships across social media platforms.
* Flexibility and willingness to work outside of standard hours, where required.


Essential:

* Commercially focused.
* Collaborative attitude.
* Commission driven.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong computer literacy skills and ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Google docs and other relevant digital tools.
* Flexibility - Many of our campaigns are delivered on evenings and weekends.
* At least 2 years’ relevant sales experience.
* Strong knowledge of the Influencer/Digital Marketing industry
* Interest in creator economy and youth culture.


Package:

* Hybrid Working Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at our Hoxton HQ. Monday & Friday WFH.
* Basic Salary: £30k - £40k depending on direct experience, plus industry leading commission package.
* OTE: £40k - £45k+
* Monthly KPI bonus.
* Discretionary performance based annual bonus
