The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Preparing, cooking, and serving food in accordance with food hygiene and HACCP standards.
2. Cleaning duties and maintaining hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
3. Stock management, including ordering, stock control, code checking, and quality assurance.
4. Replenishing and managing vending machines, including price adjustments, cleaning, and cash collection.
5. Supporting hospitality functions and customer service.
6. Adhering to health and safety guidelines related to food and workplace safety.
7. Maintaining temperature controls and monitoring expiry dates of stock.
Cooking experience is essential, and a Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work well within a team. A high standard of presentation and the ability to serve a varied menu to colleagues and visitors are required.
