Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie, you’ll play an important role within the kitchen team, including:
7. Working a mixture of split and straight shifts
8. Running your own section within a busy fresh-food hotel restaurant
9. Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to consistent standards
10. Supporting service across the hotel’s restaurant operations
11. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
12. Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade during busy services
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in this Chef De Partie role, you’ll ideally have:
13. Previous experience at Chef De Partie level
14. A strong background working with fresh food
15. Good organisational and communication skills
16. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
17. A passion for producing high-quality dishes consistently
