What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the face of the property journey—guiding clients from first viewing to final handshake. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Generating and booking valuations
2. Conducting engaging property viewings
3. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
4. Creating opportunities for our in-branch Mortgage Advisor

11. Sales experience (estate agency preferred but not essential)
12. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
13. Resilience, positivity, and attention to detail
14. Confidence with IT systems (MS Office, email, internet)
15. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
