About The Role
This is a full-time position, 33 hours per week, during weekdays. The role involves working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents across HC-One Care Homes.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
* Assist residents with daily activities within the home.
* Support residents with limited mobility or distress, providing comfort and compassion.
* Deliver end‑of‑life care with dignity and respect.
* Recognise and respond to signs of abuse, harm or neglect in all its forms.
* Attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role and undertake additional training as required.
* Seek appropriate advice and report concerns, escalating when necessary.
Eligibility
