About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to manage IT support for new starters, leavers, and office moves, as well as provide 1st and 2nd line support to Diamond staff.
Responsibilities Will Include
* Managing IT provisioning for starters, leavers, and office moves: setting up accounts, permissions, and equipment for new starters; disabling permissions for leavers; coordinating IT for office relocations.
* Providing 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues, resolving, recording, and tracking user calls, and communicating progress effectively.
* Ensuring compliance with IT security policies, including antivirus, security, and governance measures.
* Collaborating with other IT groups and external providers to analyze and resolve user issues.
About You
You should have at least A Level standard education or equivalent, with additional qualifications and professional certifications preferred. Recent IT Helpdesk experience is essential, with skills in Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office 2019, MS365, and support for PCs, laptops, networking, and printers. You should demonstrate a proactive approach, good organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
