About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Senior Officer to support our client within the North Regional Management Team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of frontline teams within the Customer Service Unit (CSU) and in providing key support to the CSU Management Team.
You will play an important part in supervising staff, ensuring service delivery standards are met, and contributing to the development of policy, training, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide daily supervision and support to frontline operational teams within the CSU.
2. Assist the CSU Management Team through the preparation of information, reports, and statistical data.
3. Support staff performance, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
4. Contribute to policy development and service improvement initiatives.
5. Participate in staff training and development activities as required.
6. Ensure effective communication across the team and escalate issues appropriately.
