As the Senior Credit Controller, you’ll be the right hand to the Credit Manager and a trusted support for the Credit Controllers. Your work will directly influence cash flow, customer relationships, and the overall efficiency of the department.Your key responsibilities include:
1. Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and writtenmunication.
2. Monitoring customer credit limits and balances, assessing creditworthiness, and rmending appropriate limits.
3. Investigating and resolving payment disputes by working closely with internal teams.
4. Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records of allmunications and payment histories.
5. Identifying opportunities to improve cash collections and streamline processes.
6. Managing your own ledger while guiding and supporting the Credit Controllers.
7. Opening new accounts and updating existing customer information.
8. Posting and allocating cash within the finance system.
9. Providing occasional reception switchboard cover and assisting with end‑of‑day post (minimal).

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
12. Experience with Kerridge and/or GPS Order/Lisec is an advantage.
