Excellent opportunity for a driven Construction Site Manager to join a reputable and expanding commercial construction company, delivering retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments across the UK. You will oversee site-based operations from mobilisation to handover, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and programme control.
This role offers a clear career development pathway to Contracts Manager, giving you exposure to the full project lifecycle while building long-term leadership skills. With a healthy pipeline of secured commercial projects, you'll be stepping into a forward-thinking environment that prioritises internal progression and operational excellence.
Your role as Construction Site Manager will include:
Leading commercial construction sites from set-up through to completion
Managing subcontractors, site safety, quality assurance and programme delivery
Collaborating with contracts, commercial, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution
The successful Construction Site Manager will have:
Proven site management experience within commercial construction projects
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Experience in any of the following - steel structures, groundworks, fit-outs, refurbishments
