Role: Maintenance Engineer Salary: £42,000 to £44,500 per annum Hours: 4 on 4 off, rotation of days & nights Location: Commutable from Anstey, Glenfield, Leicester, Groby and surrounding areas Company Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical or Electrical will be considered to work within a large industrial company at one of their automated factories. A flagship site for this company who have just recently had £6million invested into new machinery. You will benefit from a friendly and loyal team of 11 Engineers working in this fast paced environment. Responsibilities Maintenance Engineers (Maintenance Technicians) support the production machinery including reactive, trouble-shooting and repair tasks, planned preventative maintenance, new installations and refurbishments. This would suit Maintenance Engineers who like to variation, to work across a range of machinery and equipment, who aren’t afraid to apply themselves and learn. Requirements * Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or hold an engineering qualifications or have over 5 years of qualified by experience * Background and experience in maintenance or service work in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment. * Have ANY of the following experience; conveyors, packaging, bearings, belts, 3 phase, motors, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, 3 phase, PLC’s, pneumatics, hydraulics, belts, bearings etc. – any of these will be considered * Friendly and adaptable working attitude * Proactive work attitude and keen to get your hands dirty If this role sounds of interest, please apply now and send your most up to date CV to Jane at TechNichols Resourcing to be considered.
