Work Pattern
* Week 1: Sunday 08:15-17:00; Thursday 16:30-20:30; Friday 14:30-18:30
* Week 2: Thursday 16:30-20:30; Friday 09:45-18:30; Saturday 14:30-18:30
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates will be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
You will be a brand ambassador who’s ready to recommend our newest fashion items. Through remarkable service you’ll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
Overview
Purpose: To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, putting customers before tasks whilst championing our products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked with product
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services
* Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer
