The Role
As Managing Director, you will take ownership of the UK operation, leading its expansion and establishing a strong, differentiated position in the market. You will play a pivotal role in winning new business, developing client relationships, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the growth and expansion of UK operations, with a clear focus on revenue generation and market penetration
* Originate and win new professional services engagements
* Leverage and expand an established network, ideally within financial services
* Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
* Act as a senior ambassador for the brand across the UK market
* Hold full P&L responsibility for the UK business
Key Requirements
* Proven track record of winning and delivering professional services work
* Strong, active network that can be leveraged to generate new business opportunities (ideally in financial services)
* Commercially astute, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
* Experience operating at board level with credibility among senior stakeholders
* Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to scale teams and drive performance
* Significant leadership experience within an IT advisory, strategy, or project services consultancy
