About the Role
:
As a Picture Framing Tutor, you will:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, practical courses in picture framing techniques
2. Support learners of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced
3. Provide guidance on tools, materials, mounting, and framing methods
4. Foster a creative, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
5. Encourage learners' individual artistic development and confidence
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
6. An experienced picture framer with a strong portfolio or relevant industry experience
7. Passionate about adult education and lifelong learning
8. Skilled in teaching or mentoring (a teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential, as teacher training will be provided)
9. Organised, approachable, and confident in managing a classroom environment
10. Able to adapt teaching to suit a diverse range of learners
