Thermal Insulation Supervisor, Neway – North West, Wirral / Cheshire

As part of our growth, we are looking for experienced Thermal Insulation Supervisors to oversee fabrication and installation operations across key project sites. IOSH / SMSTS certification is required.

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate teams in sheet metal/thermal insulation fabrication and site installation.
* Ensure insulation systems are installed per technical specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
* Supervise fabrication of sheet metal cladding and conduct quality control checks.
* Chair site briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
* Monitor team performance to ensure safety and productivity.
* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and QA/QC teams for seamless delivery.
* Maintain accurate records, daily progress updates, and site documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Supervisory experience in thermal insulation, both fabrication and installation.
* IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS certification.
* Valid CCNSG Safety Passport or CSCS Card.
* Background in industrial environments such as oil & gas, marine, chemical plants, power stations, or large infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of insulation materials, cladding types, and standards.
Desirable Skills:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Thermal Insulation Engineering.
* Confined Space, Working at Height, or First Aid certifications.
* Experience with digital permit-to-work and reporting systems.
* Knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection criteria.
