Membership Sales Advisor - Full Time - Arc Matlock Leisure Centre

Role purpose
We are looking for a proactive Membership Sales Advisor whose role is to grow membership numbers and income. Beyond selling memberships to new prospects, you will contribute to the membership retention process for individual members. Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills are essential. You will represent the Freedom Leisure brand, build excellent rapport with new and existing customers, and work to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Support membership growth by using the sales process to achieve sales and income targets
* Generate excitement and passion for health and fitness to optimise all sales opportunities
* Conduct face-to-face sales appointments to build rapport and sell memberships, initiating members on the Freedom member journey programme
* Contact membership leads by phone where possible, and by email or text when required
* Undertake regular competitor analysis and keep up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities
* Demonstrate experience in sales and a team-oriented approach to support colleagues across the organisation
Requirements
* Experience in sales

* Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (rota basis)
