Description
Great People Work Here.
In Twinings UK&I we are on a stimulating journey of transformation as we seek to achieve our exciting goal of becoming a leading brand in wellbeing drinks. We have created an organisation designed to be in flow, where everyone has a pivotal role to play, and an experience that enables you to get the most out of life at Twinings and thrive.
We’re recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to support our UK&I Marketing teams and enable our Marketing Director to focus on strategic initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, managing her diary, prioritising meetings, handling her email inbox, and being a gatekeeper to her time. You’ll also provide administrative and coordination support for marketing projects, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
You will contribute to the wider marketing team from a people and culture perspective. You’ll organize and support events (monthly, quarterly, annually), from conception to delivery, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a fixed-term opportunity for 12 months, based in our Andover office on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the diary and email inbox of the UK+I Marketing Director, ensuring optimal use of her time and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.
* Organize team events and key meetings, handling logistics from planning to execution.
* Support the Marketing Director with systems such as raising POs, processing expenses, and travel bookings.
* Launch key initiatives and promote a high-performance culture.
* Create energy and enthusiasm for initiatives across UK&I, adopting a people-oriented and solution-focused approach.
* Support team goals and objectives, contributing wherever needed to foster team success.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience in a dynamic role requiring strong organisational skills, including diary management for senior leaders.
* Proficient in administration and prioritisation, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Enjoy building relationships, supporting others, and managing projects.
* Effective at handling unexpected challenges with solutions-oriented thinking.
* Creative with attention to detail and a growth mindset.
* Thrives in a varied, engaging environment and contributes positively to the team.
* Additional benefits include bonuses, flexible working, onsite amenities, discounts, pension, cycle scheme, health plans, and development opportunities.
