What you will do
* Assessment: Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
* Care Planning: Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
* Intervention Delivery: Provide specialist interventions to address posture, balance, and functional ability.
* Complex Needs Management: Manage conditions such as spasticity and contractures with evidence-based techniques.
* Equipment Recommendation: Advise on mobility aids and assistive technologies to support independence.
* Multidisciplinary Working: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care plans.
* Clinical Reviews: Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing reviews.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.

Qualifications / Requirements
* Professional Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by HCPC.
* Professional Membership: Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) or eligibility.
* Experience: Experience working with adults with neurological conditions.
* Clinical Skills: Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to support individuals with complex needs.
