* Ensuring on-time delivery and product quality, supported by robust technical documentation.
* Working closely with the Systems and Design teams to develop requirements, specs, and compliance documents.
* Managing change control processes in line with our Engineering Business Management System (BMS).

* Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.

* A degree (BEng Hons or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Aerospace or related engineering/scientific discipline.
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or actively working towards it.
* Solid engineering experience, ideally with a background in mechanical/electrical systems.
* Knowledge or experience with marine pump systems (highly desirable).
* Strong project management and organisation skills.
* Eligibility for SC-level security clearance (essential).
