Base pay range: £26,124 per annum (basic salary). Pay is based on skills and experience – discuss details with the recruiter.
Job Description
Position: Service Administrator
Location: Brentwood
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Reporting To: Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
* Book and coordinate service visits with clients
* Load service dockets onto technicians’ phones, send them to clients, and ensure all weekly dockets are completed
* Answer calls from service technicians, customers, and management – address queries or forward them to the appropriate person
* Assist the Operations Team with day‑to‑day administrative requirements
* Liaise with suppliers and place orders
* Raise purchase orders and assist with vehicle fleet management (MOT booking, servicing, hire where necessary)
Qualifications & Skills
* Competent user of Microsoft Office
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Team‑player with ability to follow instructions accurately
* Capable of delivering tasks and work to deadlines
