As the HRBP at JD.com, you will be at the heart of our logistics division, working closely with senior management and leadership teams. Your mission will be to align HR strategies with our business objectives, ensuring the effective management of talent, organizational development, and employee relations. Lead talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development, ensuring we have the right talent to succeed.

Oversee employee relations efforts, fostering a positive and productive work environment while managing any performance-related issues.
Support organizational change initiatives, guiding transformation in line with JD.com's global vision and business priorities.
Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK labor laws and industry best practices.
Utilize HR data and metrics to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement in HR programs and processes.
Champion employee engagement and diversity initiatives, building a culture of inclusion and belonging within JD.com's global workforce.
Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is mandatory for this role.
