Provide technical support and repair advice to customers and their technicians via chat, mail, or phone. Interpret diagnostic codes and data, and recommend corrective actions to ensure a fix on the first contact. Maintain equipment and software updates, and continuously learn new techniques and tools. Work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and best practices. Maintain accurate records of diagnostic procedures and outcomes. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service quality. Requirements -Online Master Diagnostic Technician: Proven experience as an auto mechanic using diagnostics NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds qualification, or equivalent highly preferred. PSA / Stellantis background would be highly advantageous Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electronics, and electrical components of vehicles. Proficient in using automotive diagnostic software and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a real team player with a solution-oriented approach.
