Reed Food & FMCG are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Head of Commercial for a fantastic Food business. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver commercial strategy, driving sales and product strategy to achieve outstanding results.
Managing a team of 12 across Sales and Procurement, you'll be an excellent people manager, accustomed to growing and developing high-performing teams, harnessing potential and always looking forwards.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Develop and execute the commercial strategy across sales and procurement
2. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, focusing on accountability, innovation, and expertise
