As a provider of services to the education sector, eduthing is expanding rapidly across the UK. A key part of our growth is winning public sector tenders, which require clear, compelling, and fully compliant written responses. You’ll support the creation of these submissions, ensuring they reflect our strengths and meet all requirements. No prior bid writing experience is needed - full training and support will be provided. What matters most is strong written communication, organisation, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively. In this role, you’ll support all stages of the bid process, from pre-qualification questionnaires (SQs/PSQs) to full tender submissions. You’ll help draft content, track deadlines, analyse requirements, and contribute to maintaining and developing our internal bid library. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and completion of questionnaires and tender submissions Research, draft, and edit high-quality bid content Review tender documents and summarise key requirements Maintain and update the tender calendar and bid library Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents Monitor changes in tender requirements and support compliance Person Specification Strong written communication and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively across teams Well-organised with excellent time management Degree in English or a writing-focused subject (preferred) Minimum A-Level (or equivalent) in English Interest in the education sector and technology Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Understanding of collaborative tools (e.g. SharePoint or Google Workspace) and document tracking
