Head Chef - Neston
Join us for the reopening of the Boathouse, following on from an exciting and extensive redevelopment. This role will start in May 2026.
The Boathouse in Parkgate is currently closed and undergoing an extensive 1.5 million redevelopment. The site will reopen in early June and you'll be part of the reopening of the venue which will include the re-launch of the function room upstairs. You'll have extensive experience in a high-volume, premium food establishment. This pub will offer fantastic quality, freshly-made pub food delivered with exceptional hospitality.

What hours will you be working?
48 hours a week with two days off together.

What you'll be doing as Head Chef?
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Head Chef, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus in a friendly and supportive environment. A leader and mentor to your brigade, you and your Sous Chef will also be passionate about their training and continued development.
With overall responsibility for the kitchen, you will;
* producing best in class gastro pub food to delight our guests
* implement health and safety processes and maintain a 5-star rating
* achieve GP targets for the site, as well as managing stock and labour costs
