We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative - Plasterer to join our Planned Works team. In this role, you'll be carrying out high-quality plastering and maintenance work across our properties, helping us deliver safe, well-maintained homes and excellent service to our residents.What you'll do:
* Carrying out all aspects of plastering, patching, and making good, as well as other related trades (carpentry, wet trades, building finishes).
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with health and safety regulations.
* Managing your workload effectively – from planning visits and using electronic job orders to keeping accurate records.
* Maintaining tools, equipment, and van stock to ensure you're always prepared for the job.
* Working professionally in tenants' homes, providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Taking part in the out-of-hours rota when required.
What we're looking for:
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plastering (or equivalent).
* Substantial experience working at height and in planned maintenance/repairs.
* Skills in related trades with the ability to "make good" to a high standard.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety practices.
* Ability to use tablets and electronic scheduling systems.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to plan your work effectively.
